Refund Policy

72-hour money-back guarantee

The first payment for a new game server can be refunded in full if you ask within 72 hours of paying. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and to add-ons bought with the server, such as a static IP. The server is canceled and deleted when the refund is made.

The guarantee is for your first order of each game. Later orders for the same game, and orders placed again after a refund, aren't covered.

Renewals and cancelling

• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; your server keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
• Renewal payments, and time left on a monthly or yearly plan, aren't refunded or prorated after the first 72 hours.
• Switching to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal.

Dedicated machines

A dedicated machine is set up for you alone, and we pay for it as soon as it's ordered. Dedicated orders can be refunded in full until the machine is set up. After setup they aren't refundable, but you can cancel so they don't renew.

Free trials

Free trials are never charged, so there is nothing to refund. A trial ends on its own when its days are up.

Outages

If an outage on our side keeps your server down for a long time, contact us. We'll add free time to your plan to make up for it.

When refunds don't apply

• Servers suspended or ended for breaking our Terms of Service, such as attacks, abuse or cryptocurrency mining.
• Problems caused by mods, plugins or settings you added, or by changes the game's developer makes.

How to ask for a refund

Open a ticket or email support@mpire-hosting.com from the email on your account, with the server or order it's for. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. We can usually fix things faster, and a disputed payment suspends the account until it's settled.
